The Oxford Exchange is a UK educational nonprofit organisation that run elite courses in Oxford and Cambridge for adults seeking to add value to their educational journey. We also create tailored residential courses for institutional clients and colleges who wish to offer their students an "Oxford Experience."

In 2021, The Oxford Exchange (OEX) was founded as a non profit education provider and think tank specialising in foreign and home policy analysis, political campaigning, and international relations writ large. Our clients included military institutions, colleges, military academies, and individual students who sought an "Oxford experience."
In 2021, the United States Air Force requested bespoke policy and area studies courses for USAF Officers and Senior NCO's who were stationed in Europe. We hired top university professors in the UK, secured VIP Guest speakers like General David Petraeus, and delivered a week-long online course to RAF Mildenhall during the pandemic. Our first course was rated 98.5 out of 100 by the 40 participants.
The Oxford Exchange is based in the city of Oxford, England and offers short residential courses and seminars in various subjects at an Oxford college to enhance lifelong learning.

In 2021, The Oxford Exchange offered its first course for adult learners. We have designed an “Oxford experience” for adults to have an opportunity to take courses that they always wanted to take, but didn’t have the opportunity in their lives. The Jeremy Bentham programme accepts applications from students around the world. Come and experience Oxford one summer!

The journals recognised The Oxford Exchange Senior Tutors: Dr James Bezjian, Professor Louise Formby-Tiedman, Dr Rakib Ehsan, and Professor Craig Tiedman making this a team success!

Senior Fellow of The Oxford Exchange, Dr James Bezjian taught the first half of the International Business course for credit at The Citadel. After which The Oxford Exchange managed the second half of the course at Brasenose College, Oxford. Dr Bezjian spearheaded the exploration of elevating the top papers written for The Oxford Exchange for publication in academic journals.

JOURNAL OF BUSINESS CASES & APPLICATIONS
The two published papers were part of the final assignment ("Oxford Essay") that we require of each student who attends The Oxford Exchange course with us. The students had to present their papers to faculty and other cohort members. Congratulations to the students and to The Oxford Exchange Fellows and Directors for co-authorship on the exemplary papers.
This summer, I had the illuminating opportunity to join a global cohort of learners, professionals, and educators at the University of Oxford as a Jeremy Bentham Scholar through The Oxford Exchange. The amazing Directors Craig Tiedman and Louise Formby opened doors and ensured experiences most people in the world will live a lifetime without. Through their rigorous program, I was able to step back into the role of a student and dive into diverse disciplines.
While I excelled in Shakespeare, Ancient History, and Literature, I surprised myself on how Global Politics, International Relations, and Comparative Law also piqued my interest. Not only were the professors enthusiastic about their topics but I was blessed with an outstanding and brilliant cohort who made each seminar an engaging experience. I am beyond fortunate to connect with extraordinary professors whose passion and kindness has inspired the next step in continuing my education.
Will I ever be able to express my gratitude fully? Perhaps not. How can I explain the lifetime friendships, riveting network, and downright fun I have experienced within my time at Oxford. I've lived a lifetime in a week and I will carry these memories -- more importantly these special people -- with me forever.
- Racquel, Jeremy Bentham Scholar (Class of '25)

Life changing experience! To be able to live and study at the same college as US presidents like Bill Clinton and Dr. Stephen Hawking was truly indescribable and can only be fully appreciated by experiencing it for yourself!
Craig and Louise are exceptional and their faculty are hand picked and unmatched. They truly care about your success here! The Oxford Exchange has helped me save years of time with my life and career goals. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is ready to take their lives and careers to the next level!

The program offered a concise introduction to IR theory and its ability to provide a framework for understanding a variety of geopolitical issues in the past and today. It became common during the course of the program to hear the refrain: “that sounds like something a realist” or “a neoliberal would say.”
With the theories as guides, we opened up whole new avenues to understand classic accounts by Thucydides or Hobbes, while also allowing for easier comparisons to today’s international conflicts. In my professional capacity as a teacher, the use of a theoretical approach to geopolitics has sparked new means to invigorate secondary students to engage with the world around them, another way of reading the world outside.
Our use of categories (liberal, realist, etc.) as shorthand for approaches to politics gave a shared understanding, in concert with traditional textual analysis, to help ensure we did not speak past one another in defining the issues of our contemporary political world. Having defined theoretical categories aided our analysis of political action by having an agreed upon foundation, and I hope to bring that same kind of foundational understanding to my own classroom.

Our courses have taken place at Brasenose College, Oxford ("BNC"), in the middle of the Oxford city centre. Students live in Brasenose's student accommodations at Frewin Annexe, right next to the Oxford Union Debating Society and a five minute walk to the main college site.

One of our long-standing partner colleges, University College, Oxford ("Univ"), claims to be one of the oldest colleges in the University of Oxford system. Students live in student accommodations on the main site, and the Univ Bar is open four days a week.

In 2026, some of our students will enjoy Oriel College, Oxford which is celebrating its 700th year as a college. Accommodations will either be in the Graduate Student accommodations a ten-minute walk to the main site, or on the main site itself.
