Dr Bezjian is a Senior Fellow in International Business & Strategy and serves on the faculty of The Citadel in Charleston, South Carolina USA as an Associate Professor. He earned a Ph.D., from the University of Edinburgh, an MLitt from the University of St. Andrews, and an MBA and BS from the Azusa Pacific Univeristy. He also studied at Trinity College, Oxford for a year during his studies and has conducted a great deal of research at Oxford University.
Dr Bezjian currently teaches International Business, Strategy & Scenarios as well as Cultural Heritage Management at The Oxford Exchange and leads our efforts in securing publishing opportunities for our most outstanding students and Fellows.
As a frequent speaker on the UK's top television and radio stations, Dr Ehsan is a subject matter expert on political-sociological issues. Dr Ehsan is a British-Bangladeshi independent researcher, writer, and media commentator, specialising in matters of social cohesion, race relations, and public security
Dr Ehsan earned a BA in Politics & International Relations (First-Class Honours), MSc in Democracy, Politics and Governance (Distinction), and a PhD in Political Science from Royal Holloway, University of London.
Dr Ehsan serves as a Senior Tutor of PPE (Philosophy, Politics, and Economics) and Strategic Communications & Policy at The Oxford Exchange.
Dr Simon A. Waldman is Lecturer in Middle Eastern Studies at the Institute of Middle Eastern Studies at King’s College London. He obtained his MA and PhD in Middle Eastern Studies from King's College London, having earlier read Politics and Sociology at Brunel University. Simon’s research focuses on international diplomacy towards the Middle East, statebuilding and leadership in the region, Turkish history and politics, Kurdish history and politics and the Arab-Israeli conflict.
Dr Waldman serves as a Senior Tutor in Peace & Conflict Studies at The Oxford Exchange. He completed an MSt in Creative Writing at Oxford University and is a Member of Harris Manchester College.

Dr Bezjian and other staff members advised Cadet Charles Keller II on how to prepare his paper for an academic journal, which required many revisions under the tutelage of The Oxford Exchange. We are keen to tutor each of our students to reach their full potential and to master the art of conducting research and writing academically to the standards of Oxford University and Cambridge University.
